In most cases, books and periodical articles listed as sources on Manukau's journey - a Manukau timeline are available for reference purposes at the South Auckland Research Centre. Users from outside the Auckland Council region may be able to obtain these items at their own libraries or via interloan.
To obtain copies of newspaper articles, first identify the holding library or institution by referring to the Finding List of Counties-Manukau Newspapers (currently under development). To obtain copies of articles from newspapers which are uniquely held by the South Auckland Research Centre, please contact Bruce Ringer. Please also provide an address and telephone number. Charges will apply. Restrictions apply to the copying of fragile materials.
